Cancellation Policy
**Salon Cancellation Policy**
To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and respect our team’s time, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
* **Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to your appointment** will incur a fee of **50% of the scheduled service cost**.
* **Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time**, as well as **no-shows**, will be charged **100% of the scheduled service cost**.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
